R&R  is Part of the ETASDIRECT group who work with and instruct independent specialist Barristers in the Regulatory field of Representation.

ETAS direct is the Employment Tribunal Advocacy Service.

Our Team of independent  Barristers regularly defends Nurses, Midwives, Doctors, Dentists, Social workers, Teachers and other Professionals facing misconduct and fitness to practice commonly known as FTP proceedings before their professional regulators, including: The General Medical Council (GMC: IOP, FTP, Health), the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC), the Health Professions Council (HPC), the General Social Care Council (GTC). They also advise/represent GPs in relation to performance list suspensions, hearings and appeals.

R&R  provides legal advice and representation in all regulatory forums.

R&R  advises on how to respond to all matters of complaints of professional misconduct issues.
